Dividing an existing slender site, the Flers Home is an efficient solution for our retired clients to move to while remaining on the land they grew their family upon. This Certified Passivhaus LOW-E building ensures warmth, comfort and a healthy environment year round while reducing the strain of increasing energy costs. Navigating tight site restrictions and performance requirements the Flers House elegantly utilises all available space, acutely pivoting off of the road with an accessible garage and boardwalk entry before opening to the high gabled living space that looks to Mt. KauKau. and Wellington Town belt.
