The Clients brief here was simple. A modest, 3 bedroom home that guaranteed healthy living while adhering to a strict budget. What resulted is an efficiently planned, consistently comfortable 104m2 home, that boasts low energy use and subtle sophistication that stands out against the surrounding development but compliments its stunning backdrop.
