Booth Beach House

Designed and tested to meet the eHaus Passive House standard, Booth Beach House sits on the rear section of the clients existing property to be sub-divided. Driven by aging in place, the owners of Booth Beach House desired an accessable home in which they can live comfortably, healthily and maintain the ability to house younger family members. As keen gardeners, maximising green space and outdoor connection was paramount and is achieved with large eaves over decked areas and adaptable indoor/outdoor thresholds.
