Māpua House blends the scale of rural living our clients had enjoyed for the past 20 years with the convenience, comfort and accessibility of downsizing to an urban setting to retire to. Balanced insulation, solar shading and mechanical ventilation serve to cultivate a  pleasant interior year round, coupled with Solar panels for energy and financial resilience, Mapua House enables our clients a healthy and comfortable space to enjoy.
