eHaus Pacific

Sitting upon a flat platform overlooking Porirua harbour, our clients wanted a modern Passive home to replace the 1950s bungalow that had stewarded the site since its conception as a working farm house.  Accessibility, performance, and the ability to showcase art formed the core of the designs plan, spanning across the site and oriented to envelop the expansive views. Designed and modelled to meet the eHaus Pacific standard.
