Ponsonby Rd. renovation

Nearing 100 years old, the Ponsonby Road Villa was in dire need of refresh and our clients approached us to undertake a complete site and Home renovation. Re-configuring the internal layout and adding structural elements allowed for larger openings and seamless indoor outdoor living style while modern elegance respectfully integrates with restored classical features, with subtle nods to the homes original appeal.
