Queens Drive house

Our Clients requested an elegant, low maintenance yet high performing solution for their under utilised backyard in Lyall Bay. What resulted was a simple, yet adaptable design that could ebb and flow with the daily use of its occupants. Passivhaus principles modestly integrated throughout the building create a space for refuge, a space for congregation and a space resilient to the dramatic coastal environment.
